By accessing or using Arcflame Interactive's MCP Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Arcflame Interactive reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The Service provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, including but not limited to PolyDocs, that enable AI agents to generate documents, process data, and interact with external tools. The PolyDocs MCP endpoint at polydocs.arcflameinteractive.com/mcp is publicly accessible — anyone with an MCP-compatible client can connect.
Access via this public endpoint is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies. Paid subscription plans unlock higher call volumes, priority support, and dedicated Application Token licenses as described on our Pricing page.
Access to the Service is granted via paid subscription plans. Each plan includes a fixed number of API calls per month and a set of features as described on our Pricing page. Licenses are issued as Application Tokens, which are non-transferable and may not be shared across users.
All subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months. Pricing and plan details are subject to change with notice.
You agree not to:
Document content submitted to the Service is processed in memory only and is not stored long-term. Generated output files reside in a temporary directory and are auto-deleted after 24 hours of inactivity. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes for quota tracking. IP addresses are logged for rate limiting and security monitoring with 30-day retention.
Full details on data handling practices, including a retention schedule and your GDPR rights, are available in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and UI, is the intellectual property of Arcflame Interactive. Output documents generated by the Service belong to you. Arcflame Interactive claims no ownership over generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Arcflame Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Arcflame Interactive may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license token will be revoked and access to the Service will cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
